Key Practices from the Yogasutra
The Yogasutra of Patanjali is the foundational text on the psychology and philosophy of yoga. All threads of yoga derive their roots from this great work. In this seminar, we will explain key practices from this ancient text, that all of us need in our lives and in the path of yoga. We will go back to the source — the original commentaries on the text in Sanskrit. This workshop will include practice, discussion, and reflection.

The Ancient Science of Vedic Chanting
Vedic chanting was a subject very dear to Krishnamacharya. Focused sound and chanting are effective as meditative tool as well as a reflective and learning practice. How can we combine asana and pranayama effectively?
